The legacy began with my great-great-grandfather, Vaidyan Sri Padmanabhapilla, continued through my great-grandfather, Government Grant Vaidyan P. Parameswaran Pillai, and my father, Government Grant Vaidyan P. Somasundaran Nair, all of whom have contributed significantly to our longstanding reputation for medical expertise and impeccable care.

At Pachallur Noorani Ayurveda Vaidyashala, we believe that medicine should transcend commercial interests and focus on genuine healing. Trained in the traditional gurukula system since childhood, I have been practicing medicine for over 30 years. After my father’s passing in 2005, I assumed the role of chief physician, continuing our family’s dedication to Ayurveda. In 2022, my daughter, Dr. Gopika Parameswaran BAMS, was appointed as my successor, ensuring that our traditions and values continue to guide our practice.
